In short: SkySpin 3D does not collect, store on our servers, share or sell any personal information. The app has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. Your game progress stays on your device.
This policy explains how Sproutgrade ("we", "us") handles information in the SkySpin 3D mobile app (the "App") and on this website, skyspin.sproutgrade.com (the "Site").
Information the App stores on your device
To remember your progress, the App saves the following on your device only:
- Your best distance in each world
- Your total number of gems collected
- The world you played last
This data is never sent to us or anyone else. It is removed when you delete the App. Depending on your device settings, it may be included in your device's own backups (for example, iCloud or Google backup), which are governed by Apple's or Google's privacy policies.
Information we do not collect
The App does not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers or usage analytics. It does not require an account and does not need an internet connection to play. The App does not contain advertising, in-app purchases or third-party analytics or tracking tools.
App stores
When you download the App, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) may collect information about you, such as your account details and purchase history, under their own privacy policies. We do not receive personal information about you from them. They may give us aggregated, anonymous reports, such as the number of downloads or crash counts, if you have chosen to share such data with developers in your device settings.
This website
The Site is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, our hosting provider (Microsoft Azure) receives technical information needed to deliver pages to your browser, such as your IP address and browser type, and may keep it briefly in server logs for security and operations. We do not use this information to identify you.
If you email us, we will receive your email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.
Children
SkySpin 3D is suitable for all ages. Because the App collects no personal information, it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information about you. Because we do not collect personal information through the App or Site, there is usually nothing for us to provide or delete. You can remove all App data at any time by deleting the App. For any request about email you have sent us, contact us at the address below.
Security
Game data stays in the App's private storage on your device. The Site is served only over HTTPS.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. If a future version of the App starts to collect any information, we will update this policy before that version is released.
